Evans Springs

I oppose the 2024 City Council approved master plan allowing mixed use development for Evans Springs. The environmental concerns, including destroying wetlands and wildlife habitats, are of great importance. Gentrification must be avoided and any development needs to insure that the City will not be repeating previous patterns of racial injustice. Development of this area should ensure community benefit and environmental protection.
